Carl D. Bradley

the second largest shipwreck to ever occur in the Great Lakes; the Bradley broke her back in a violent autumn storm in 1958. towering 40 foot waves sent her to the bottom, 114m / 375 feet below. only two men from a crew of 35 survived the sinking, devastating the home port of Rogers City, Michigan. far from shore, the Bradley is a logistical challenge to dive. with water temperatures just above freezing and long decompression schedules, there is no room for error on a dive like this.
