J.H. Jones

the small coastal steamer J. H. Jones was built in Godrich, Ontario in 1888. narrow and tall, it followed to classic design trends of steamers in the late 19th century. an autumn storm in 1909 took the Jones to the bottom of Georgian Bay off of Cape Croker in 50m of water.
